The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, represented by the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Promotion, received the award from the English magazine Lonely Planet, considering Egypt the best tourist destination for the year 2023 on the list of global destinations according to the poll conducted by the magazine.
This came during the Ministry’s participation in the London International Tourism Exchange (WTM2023) in its 44th session, whose activities were launched during the period from 6 to 8 November in the British capital, London.
